The key to beautiful floors is what can't be seen - the subfloor. We take a moisture reading of the sub-floor to be certain that it's dry enough prior to installation. If the hardwood flooring is installed with too high of a moisture content in the sub-floor, it is mire likely to have significant expansion and contraction, which causes gaps between hardwood flooring boards.

FLOORING BOARDS That same care is given to the installation of hardwood flooring. Our selected hardwood flooring is stored in a controlled environment regulating the overall moisture content of the flooring boards.
